Always had good service. Staff very pleasant and have time for the dogs. This is a mixed practice for both large and small animals. They are very good at seeing you at short notice if required though thankfully have never had to try this out of hours using the 24 hour emergency number. They have lots of young vets working here gaining experience. All in all very happy with them

We have had a very poorly yorkie, problems with his eyes then swallowing bark, problems lungs and now his prostrate (not all at once over several years). But they have been great so good that the year he chose to swallow bark he spent Christmas and new year with them

Brought a spray but found already got same stuff at home, plus I found exact the same one online for £10 in amazon, I was sold it for £26 not happy as it double the cost, Plus they said can’t refund as it’s on prescription when it’s not at all and they will not refund as left premises

Very disappointed. Called them on a Saturday evening saying my dog needed to put down and I had a very arrogant woman on the phone. Saying well why do I have a working dog as a pet n she said I'm just going home to have my tea can you leave it till Monday he will surely be fine till then. finally got her to meet up at the surgery but definately Not happy. Never going to use this supposed to be excellent service company again.
